In my creative journey, you’ll find me working between the screen-printing lab at Sint Lucas Antwerp and the ceramics studio at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts. My art thrives on playfulness, and I view it as a way to express my truest self. Inspired by animals, nature, and the fluidity of clouds, my sketchbook is a playground of ideas. Vibrant colors and striking contrasts are central to my work, spanning mediums like oil pastels, screen printing, risoprint, clay, and collage.
In my recent project, inspired by Benoit van Innis tile designs at the Wezenberg swimming pool, I created two ceramic tile panels and monotype illustrations. These pieces reflect my observations of the pool environment and are intended to be displayed in a similar setting.
