Spike Hanze (2002) is an illustrator based in Antwerp, Belgium. His work features an eclectic mix of colorful, vibrant, and absurd illustrations, with a strong emphasis on humor and storytelling. Spike’s creative process is deeply rooted in imagination and playful, childlike spontaneity. He also draws significant inspiration from the local music
scene and punk culture.
In 2024, Spike graduated from Sint Lucas Antwerp with a BA in Illustration and an MA in Applied Context.
